Lance made the announcement at his school (Bethlehem Elementary) about the "Cutest Pet Contest" that will be held February 2nd - 11th.  The teachers will pay a $5 fee to enter a picture of their pets and the students will vote on the cutest pet.   We will have an update on the winner!
